As the title says, When I run Beryl-Manager, the splash screen does not show up, and when I select Beryl in the Window Manager, it reverts back to the KDE one, I tried a standard init boot as well as an initng boot to make sure that the Livna boot up script could check everything and I don't think it made a Like I said, the odd thing is that it is only when there are windows there and more noticeable with Firefox and Thunderbird. I`m wondering now if there is something I may have missed when re-installing the open source drivers, in order to regain the Beryl features? Check This Out

The performance I used to get without FGLRX was always a lot worse than what I'm getting. You have to get beryl running first, and to get beryl running you have to get XGL running.
