debian/control: moved kernel-package from Depends to Recommends in fglrx-kernel-src (it does not require it, even documented in README.Debian) and added module-assistant as alternative. Therefore, I can not fix bugs in the driver and I can not help people with any problems not related with installation of these Debian packages.
