Ran the 12.4 install and did not get the INF error. But the only number I needed to change is "DRAM voltage" (aka "memory voltage", aka "RAM voltage") in BIOS. Check temperatures on PC parts while on extreme stress. (No high temps at all) Edit #2: Forgot to mention something many others also reported. It was setup as a 5850 before the reinstall.
